A daily protein ring you actually close
A personalized target from your weight and training — then photograph your plate, tap a favorite, or type grams. Built for small-appetite days, so protein stays the one number that matters.
Educational — not medical advice
For people losing weight on GLP-1 medications
Rapid weight loss can cost you muscle, not just fat. Myokeep puts the number most associated with protecting muscle — protein — front and center, every day.
A personalized target from your weight and training — then photograph your plate, tap a favorite, or type grams. Built for small-appetite days, so protein stays the one number that matters.
Set your injection day and log how you feel. Myokeep lines your check-ins up against days-since-shot so you can see your own pattern. You log it — the app never advises on your dose.
Your protein-adherence streak is the hero metric, with weight intentionally de-emphasized. Hitting protein consistently may help support lean mass while you lose weight.
A short, personal nudge based on how your week is going — always labeled educational, not medical advice. It never diagnoses or talks dosing, and it sees only a short summary of your week: your protein figures, one symptom category, and which weekday you inject.
Coming to the App Store
Myokeep is the daily companion — a protein ring you actually close, side-effect tracking by injection day, and progress built around lean mass. Made for the small-appetite reality.

Myokeep helps you hit a daily protein target while you lose weight on a GLP-1 medication. You get a personalized protein number, fast logging, side-effect tracking by injection day, and a progress view framed around lean mass — not just the scale. It is educational and for tracking, not medical advice.
Plans to support lean mass during weight loss commonly aim for about 1.2–2.0 g of protein per kg of body weight per day, toward the higher end with resistance training. Myokeep sets your target from your weight and training. Individual needs vary — talk to your clinician or a registered dietitian about what is right for you.
No. Myokeep is educational and for tracking. You log your own prescribed dose; the app never recommends, calculates, or adjusts one, and it is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any drug manufacturer.
Your raw logs stay on your device — we can't see them. There's no account and we never ask for your email. The AI coach works from a short summary of your week: your protein figures, one symptom category, and which weekday you inject — never your name and never your raw entries. We don't sell your data, and we don't use it to train AI models.
It goes to our server and on to our AI provider, which estimates what is on the plate and returns a list you can edit before anything is logged. We never store it — not on a disk, not in a database, not in a log. Before it leaves, Myokeep redraws the picture into a new file, which strips the information a camera attaches, including where the photo was taken. A small thumbnail is saved on your phone so the entry has a picture beside it; “Delete all my data” removes it.
